Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure

If the failure is not major, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced within a reasonable time

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for exchange of mind

Faulty Or Not As Described

If an item is faulty, unsafe, or not as described, please contact us within a reasonable time with your order number, description of the issue and photos (if applicable)

For major failures, you can choose a refund or replacement

For minor failures, we will repair or replace within a reasonable time

Proof Of Purchase

We accept original receipt, tax invoice, bank statement, order confirmation email as proof of purchase
